I’m Randy Newton. My career spans community banking and financial services, customer success, and management consulting. I’ve led teams, managed operations, and helped businesses connect their people, information, and systems.
Today, I work alongside business owners to connect the dots between day-to-day operations and where they want the business to go. I turn priorities into practical improvements in reporting, workflows, and team responsibilities—and stay involved to help put those changes to work.

A background in community banking at San Joaquin Bank and Valley Republic Bank, including branch operations, team supervision, and customer relationships.
